During my time as a Personal Trainer I have helped many people reach a wide range of goals. Whether it’s losing a few pounds or learning to do your first pull up, I will support you in any goal you have.
My passion is for strength and general weight training, this is what I base my sessions around. By building a strong base of strength it will help achieve any goal, whether that’s getting stronger, losing weight, toning up or even improving general fitness.
As a Personal Trainer I’m constantly trying to improve my craft in order to benefit my clients and achieve the greatest results possible. Most notably I’ve recently trained with former Olympian Michaela Breeze which gave me a great insight into what it takes to become and great athlete and coach.
