Having spent most of my life being underweight and accepting it as part of who I was, personal reasons finally gave me the motivation to fight back and become a better version of myself, healthier and happier than ever before. This change led me on my current path to a qualified Personal Trainer.
I did this at first by throwing myself into a new lifestyle, going through ups and downs while learning as much as I could and putting everything I learn into practice. Through hard work, aspiration and real love for all things that challenge me as well as improving my health, both physically and mentally. I now want to help others reach and achieve their goals, whatever they might be. Everybody is different and will achieve their goals in different ways; this is where I can use my knowledge and experience to assist you in your journey to become the best version of you!
I am always practicing new theories in both fitness and nutrition, using myself as a guinea pig, to find different ways to work the body which I can pass on to you. My ever-expanding knowledge of fitness and nutrition allows me to create bespoke programmes built around you, designed for you, using high intensity circuits, fat burning exercise, endurance training, strength training. Whatever your goal, I can build a plan around you and your lifestyle.
