Zahran Alhosni
Hi, my name is Zahran Alhosni. I've been training since I was 14. In that time, I have explored lots of different types of training from powerlifting, to bodybuilding, to long distance running, to combat sports etc. With this experience, I can give advice covering a host of different areas in fitness.
However, if you were to ask me what my specialist areas are, I would say I specialize in calisthenics and boxing. I can provide you with a wealth of knowledge and high level coaching in these areas, relying on my own first hand experience, research, qualifications, training principles which I know have worked for me, as well as for others over the years. Calisthenics, in short is using one's own bodyweight as resistance to develop strength and fitness. I've been training calisthenics since 2016 and have helped clients achieve things they never thought they could do before. Alongside my work at PureGym, I also coach at Northampton Amateur Boxing Club, and have been since April 2018. My ongoing time with the club, has made me a skilled and experienced pad-man and has allowed me to work with people of all levels from beginners to advanced, making me a good fit for anyone who would like to train on the pads, no matter the experience.
