Zahara Coulibaly
My name is Zahara, I am very passionate about health and fitness. I’ve always been into sports such as football, hockey, basketball, and athletics from a very young age. I took my own fitness journey serious around three years ago and have seen a very positive change and self confidence which encouraged me to become a Personal Trainer.
My current interest at the moment is boxing, I’ve found it to be a positive way to express myself. I teach young children from the age 4 -17 years old and it brings me much joy to see them grow and express themselves in a positive way. I aim to continue to build self confidence in myself and help others to do the same. In order to achieve your goals it takes hard work and determination from me as a personal trainer and you as a client so please remember “Rome was not built in a day”.
I have been called names such as “strict, militant, no mercy” from friends but at the same time, they enjoy this style of training. I aim to motivate people, push them to achieve their full potential, help achieve their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Once you start to see results you become addicted, once you're addicted it becomes a lifestyle! You've got this!
