Growing up I was never the ‘sporty’ kid, having my own issues with fitness and weight management. I wasn’t comfortable in my own body and it wasn’t until my teenage years where I knew something needed to change.
I started off with home workouts, to no avail, but then I found Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and that’s how my love of fitness began.
Having trained in MMA for three years, and then evolving my training to be more gym based, I have been successful at incorporating both styles of training for myself and can do the same with any potential client.
Personally I see fitness as a journey to better oneself, doing more than what you use to be able to do. As a Personal Trainer, I feel it is my duty to guide you on the right path, step by step to achieve whatever your goal may be. The aim will be to make it enjoyable, interesting, and challenging, all the while giving nutritional advice and guidance.
Boxing/MMA conditioning, pad work as well as self-defence are all part of my wheelhouse and all things I can incorporate into your training. Feel free to contact me or come talk to me on the gym floor for any questions so that I can assure your doubts.
