Hello, I’m Wai,
I have always been an active person, playing a variety of sports, cycling, swimming, and yoga. I initially became interested in the gym and I soon became addicted to lifting weights and discovering a whole new level to fitness! Once I started to see changes in my body physically, it motivated me to push myself further and inspired me to become a qualified Personal Trainer.
My passion is creating functional programmes tailored to the individual’s needs, as well as offering nutritional support. I strongly believe that by empowering people with the correct knowledge, skills, guidance, and resources they need, they’ll soon be on their way to a healthier and happy life.
