Victoria Boast
I embarked on my own fitness journey around 2-3 years ago when I got to the point where I was no longer happy with how I looked. I started with diet and nutrition which only got me so far. I knew I wanted more so decided to join a gym and do further research around nutrition and training. I was working in bars and restaurants at the time, which I had done for 18 years. My love of fitness made me look more and more into health and fitness and eventually I came to the conclusion to completely change my career and study to be a PT.
I am highly passionate about what I do and what I can do for others and I am always looking to learn new things. I want to help you to do what I did but in a better, sustainable and more knowledgeable way.
I focus on weight loss and help you create better eating habits and a sustainable way of dieting. Over the last year I have found the best diet hacks and low calorie options for great foods to ensure you are not missing out whilst cutting calories. If you see me around feel free to ask for a few. Some are life changing!
Anyone can join a gym and put themselves on a treadmill. To find the motivation to push yourself and do things you haven’t done before is a lot harder. My passion is to help you achieve your goals, to motivate you so you are always on track and to educate you about nutrition and exercise.
