Hi! I'm Vicki A very motivated, encouraging and friendly instructor who is here to help you reach your goals and overcome your gym fears.
I have been developing myself in the gym for the past 5+ years. Initially I was terrified at the thought of working out around other people let alone in a gym environment or class! But as soon as I came through the doors I discovered a new passion, a passion for not only bettering myself both physically and mentally but a passion for helping others overcome the same anxiety and fear.
I love classes especially spin and circuits so I hope to see you all in a class sometime soon!
I am in the process of obtaining my Level 3 Personal Training qualification but I am more than ready to assist you with general fitness questions or issues you may have especially if this is your first time in the gym. I would also be more than happy to provide workout plans and diet guidance to get you started on your fitness journey. With any luck I will see some of you in one on one Personal Training sessions in the very near future!
