What does a Personal Trainer do? Why do you need a Personal Trainer?
If you had asked me this when I first started seeing my own Personal Trainer I would have said he/she would provide me with a routine to follow.
Whilst this is true, I didn't appreciate all the other benefits a Personal Trainer would bring such as:
Accountability, progression, education, continuously having a new goal to aim for and motivation.
Having gone from being a yo-yo dieter to a Personal Trainer, I appreciate the challenges and barriers involved when adopting a healthy lifestyle. I understand that there will be good days and bad days and look forward to celebrating your good days with you and supporting you through the bad ones.
In 2015, I won 'Pro' status in a bodybuilding competition, so I know what it takes to set and achieve goals. Whether you want to shed some fat, build some muscle, or get fitter to enable you to do whatever it is you want to do in life or sport I can help you along the way.
