I've always been passionate about fitness. I'm a Personal Trainer with six years' experience, and also a PT mentor. My past career involved me also teaching Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, so I won't just offer fitness and nutrition training, but I'll also help you learn how to change your way of thinking on the way to adjust to your new lifestyle choices.

My strengths and approach to fitness involve HIIT and strength training. Muscle tone and cardio are the perfect way to not only massively improve your health but also help you reach and maintain your weight loss and maintenance.

Hard work is the key to change, but enjoying it is also vital to success. Seeing people transform their lives is a privilege to be part of and inspires me to always make sure my knowledge is current and effective.
