Hi, my name is Tristan.
I am an ex-Royal Marines Commando and fully qualified Personal Trainer with 15 years’ experience, during which time I have trained hundreds of clients.
The system of training I use is supported by the latest research and is the only scientifically proven method of enhancing your body.
You will train less often but work harder with a higher level of intensity. This gives your body the best possible stimulus for change.
Combining this training approach and my philosophy to nutrition, you will control your hormonal environment, improve your insulin sensitivity and encourage your body to lose fat naturally.

Three of my clients from SkyDome who were Type 2 diabetic for many years have completely reversed their diabetes and now do not require any medication whatsoever.
