Tom Williams

Hi guys, I’m Tom and I’ve been a qualified Personal Trainer for five years now. I began my fitness journey as a six-year-old ambitious swimmer and I’ve always been passionate about fitness. I put my heart and soul into achieving each goal I set myself in the pool. I encountered every possible barrier during my sporting career which can cause you to question why you are pursuing this seemingly mythical goal. But keeping focused on the reasons for choosing your goal and sticking to the steps in the journey will keep you on course and you’ll find anything is possible.

I finished my swimming career at Loughborough University where I studied Psychology because I wanted balance in my life. Because at the end of the day, fitness is only part of your life! When I stopped competitive swimming it opened my eyes to how much there is to enjoy - food, beer, the pub and 1kg jars of Nutella.

I have had experience working the 9-5 grind so I understand the difficulties in drumming up the motivation to go and work out after a long day of thrilling meetings. It’s a constant battle between what you feel you should be doing and what you want to be doing. So how do you find the balance?

Everyone is different, people respond differently to different nutrition and workout plans. I don’t work on a ‘one size fits all’ approach and I take the time to get to know you to build a consistent programme that you can stick to!

My mission is to teach and help people who struggle with self-esteem and confidence to find a nutrition and fitness regime that works long-term and does not intrude on a well-balanced and full lifestyle. If you have any questions or want to chat about how I can help you achieve your goals feel free to give me a ring/email.
