I have been unfit (19 stone at my heaviest), I’ve gone through injury and I’ve struggled with mental health. This is what makes me relatable to many of you.

Through self-research and improved habits, I have turned my life around with a greater understanding of nutrition and physical activity. I have lost a lot (seven stone to be exact) but gained a hell of a lot more...confidence in myself and my abilities as a Personal Trainer.

This increased motivation and determination has given me the energy and belief to achieve:

County standard rugby, shotput and 200 meter running, black belt in Shuri-te Karate and completing half marathons.
