My passion for health and fitness continues to grow as I've recently completed the Level 4 strength and conditioning course, expanding my knowledge further to help my clients achieve their optimum performance whilst staying fit and healthy.
As a personal trainer/strength and conditioning coach I specialise in strength and performance and thrive on pushing my clients and athletes, making them better than they ever thought possible.
