When I started my personal fitness journey I remember walking into the gym and wanting to walk straight back out again, feeling intimidated and unsure of what I could or even should be doing so I understand the importance of professional guidance and having someone who can both motivate and educate at the same time.
Since that day I have never looked back and have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience that I am now using to guide others. I’m a former nutritionist and physique competitor who graduated in health and exercise science.
I specialise in muscle building, strength, power and weight loss. If you’re looking for that summer body, to step on stage or the platform, improve functional strength for health or even just to shed a few pounds and regain that self esteem rest assured that you can achieve those goals with me!
