Tom O'Brien
Hi, I'm Tom, and I'm a Personal Trainer here at PureGym. I have been going to the gym for most of my adult life but really fell in love with the fitness industry when I was 20. My main goal as a PT is to be able to provide people with the support and encouragement I needed when I first started. It is my belief that everybody can benefit from a good workout and if we work together that's one thing I can guarantee.
Everybody is different and requires specific training methods for their individual goals, so my programmes will be specifically tailored towards meeting yours, no matter what your schedule looks like. I can provide you with sessions that you enjoy but that also work.
My aim is to ensure you are comfortable in all areas of the gym and gain an overall understanding of not only what I am asking you to do, but why I am asking you to do it, and how each exercise or movement can benefit you. I hope to provide you with the knowledge and skills to constantly improve yourself both inside and outside the gym, and will never ask you to do something I haven't done myself.
