Hi my name is Tom
Since leaving school I knew that I would be involved in a fitness based industry in where I could simply let people learn from my knowledge and passion of fitness, and out of everything I could have done I chose to become a PT. I chose to become a PT for many different reasons such as being on the gym floor and speaking to members consistently, hearing what people have to say about their fitness journeys, the fact I enjoy the gym environment more than most other environments but the main reason was the ability to be able to help people achieve fitness goals. I’ve been low on confidence and down about my physical appearance myself before, but as soon as I first started attending the gym I gained confidence and self-respect and that is what I want to bring to everyone I can as everyone should have confidence in themselves.
As someone who has briefly competed in football and done activities such as swimming and general fitness for a long time I have a wide variety of knowledge to help achieve goals, nut my main specialties is either work in the gym or MMA/Kickboxing/Boxing sessions. Having trained since 11 and looking to compete in the future I can transfer this knowledge into general fitness. Overall I’m here to make people the best versions of themselves and to interact with every member this gym has.
