Since I can remember I have always loved sports and physical activity. Anything from football and rugby to golf and Ju-Jitsu. After studying my Level 3 at college I decided to become a support worker, where I would help people with mental health and autism to be as independent as possible in everyday life.

Coming back into the fitness industry I’d like to share my passion and help change people’s perception of the whole concept of the gym and how it can change your life!
