We all have our reason that led us toward the fitness lifestyle. Whether skill or health-related, we can agree we all need something life-changing.
I grew up being restricted from doing physical activity due to asthma, which affected everything I did from physical activities in school to just bracing dramatic weather changes. My motto became “Keep Fighting Fit” and that's exactly what I did to overcome my health limitations.
My journey to optimise my body’s full potential led me to train in many disciplines, including Martial Arts (Muay Thai/ Kickboxing), Gymnastics, Calisthenic, Powerlifting and many more with the aim of not only being great, but greater.
With the “Fighting Fit” programme, I aim to provide a service that meets each clients individual need through tailored training programmes, nutritional coaching, dynamic and innovative sessions that are transferable to everyday life. Interested?
