With an extensive background of Rugby League and training to compete for the sport, I have a broad knowledge of Strength and Conditioning training and how to maintain a high level of fitness. I understand the ups and down of training and will be there to provide persistent motivation to help you reach your goal.
Using my experience and knowledge from my own training, I will aim to help you achieve your goals whatever they may be: weight loss, fat loss or muscle gain. I will adapt countless skills I have learned to suit your needs and provide a professional service to educate and motivate you towards your desired goal.
My ideal client is someone who is training to compete in sports; whether it be Rugby or Boxing (preferably contact sports). Using my personal background in these disciplines; I will be able to develop you and allow you progress in your chosen sport.
