Background
I wanted to get fit after having my children. Exercise soon became my passion, so I decided to re-train as a Personal Trainer so that I could work doing something that I love.
I am highly motivated and take my own training very seriously, I enjoy weight training, kettlebells and I have also run in many distance events including a marathon.

I enjoy helping people in their fitness journey, building muscle, weight loss or general improvements to health and cardio fitness.
I can help you make goals that are achievable, and enjoyable. I love seeing clients achieving success, and keeping them motivated along the way. I believe all forms of exercising are great for both physical and mental wellbeing and think that the important thing is that you enjoy what you are doing so that it doesn’t feel a chore.
Small steps are the way to make big changes - I don’t believe in fad diets or restricting any foods everyone should aim to have a good healthy balance. It’s not always easy – but it’s always worth it.
