Hi I’m Surinder,

 

I have been in and out of the fitness industry most of my life and have seen how much it has changed and grown over the last 15 to 20 years.

 

I practiced marital arts growing up and this taught me a great deal of discipline for my craft, and really enlightened me to my passion for keeping fit and active. I then moved into the gym environment a few years after and have stayed here ever since, and even loved it so much I decided to qualify as a trainer 😊

 

I have gained weight, lost weight, gained muscle, lost muscle across my time in the gym all due to circumstances, and sometimes life takes a bit more priority. So, we train the best we can when we can, and enjoy it. I finally found my happiness in gaining muscle overall and enjoy the training to match.
