Health and fitness has been a true passion of mine for many years, I absolutely love keeping fit! Healthy body = healthy mind! I practice what I preach, by training hard and eating well. I can help you reach your full potential, whatever your goal may be, by supporting you emotionally and physically, through many different types of training.
I like to keep sessions fun and effective and will tailor to suit your individual needs and goals.
I am also a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist (Level 3 Diploma) which I use alongside my Personal Training to help keep my clients, as well as members in tip top shape and enhance their performance. I'm always looking to develop myself further and improve my skill set.
