I love to be active, whether playing sports, running, biking, travelling or at the gym training. My world is a playground and I love to enjoy it with my family and friends. I am also a fan of educational TV, Disney World and game nights.
Being healthy and active is not just a phase someone goes through, it is a complete lifestyle change. As a trainer and fitness professional it is my mission to educate, inspire, motivate and support you on your path to change and maintain your lifestyle. As your trainer I can help you establish realistic, attainable goals as well as act as a resource in order to optimise our results and exercise experience. Consistency, balance, variety, safety and fun are all incorporated into my exercise programmes.
My programmes stem from a foundation in specific sport training, functional fitness and rehabilitation. I will help to learn to enjoy exercise and hopefully include it in your new lifestyle.
