Thanks for taking the time to read my profile. If you have noticed me on the gym floor and we have not yet met, be assured I am very friendly, and here to help you so come and say hello.
I have many years of experience, using the gym and I have built on my physique and fitness to a high standard. With this knowledge and experience, I would like to help my clients reach their own specific fitness, training and body goals.
I started training to build my own confidence and strength. I found it quite difficult at first, due to anxiety and low self-esteem. With time and regular visits to the gym, my training has had a very positive impact on my life, physically and mentally.
I have now gained the qualifications needed to instruct and assist you, as your Personal Trainer, and give you the tools needed to create the best version of yourself.
Through my own experiences and knowledge I am now a Men’s Muscular Physique Champion and I am also going to be competing in British Powerlifting. These experiences have led me to understand advanced training and nutritional methods which I can now teach you, to get the best possible results, whether you are a beginner or advanced.
