I understand trying to lose the baby weight, fitting in a challenging program whilst juggling a demanding
job and keeping the motivation and passion through establishing consistent fitness habits.
I have 20 years experience of various training programs and CrossFit, which consists of cardio,
gymnastic and weightlifting.
My programs are tailored, take into account your current lifestyle and work towards making SMART targets on your fitness and nutrition journey, so you can hit your milestones, keep building on the motivation your results bring in and ultimately reach your personal fitness goal.
I offer a variety of packages and ultimately believe in creating a sense of community with my clients.
