I have always had a broad background in sports but from the age of 16 I started to become interested in bodybuilding. Now at the age of 23 as a fully qualified Personal Trainer, I feel I have an extensive knowledge and understanding of exercises throughout my 7+ years training, in which I have made mistakes but most importantly learnt from them. I am able to help my clients with weight loss, toning, strength, power training, flexibility, diet plans but without a doubt my speciality lies within strength, size and muscle mass.
I am approachable with a good sense of humour which I feel is important to have in a person. My sessions will be led with enthusiasm and commitment. I applaud hard work in the gym and respect anyone of any age and ability for getting up and doing it.
I can adapt well to my client’s needs and we can approach the programme in whichever way is best to help you. I promise with my help and your dedication we will make a stronger, faster, leaner, healthier version of you and make you grow in self-confidence.
My favourite types of training are HIIT and strength training with technique and form being key. I believe that mastering the basics will allow you to execute harder exercises more efficiently and in the long run you will become much more advanced in your training without the risk of an injury. My ultimate career goal is to become a bodybuilder. I hope to push myself further within the fitness industry and become the best I can be. I do not see my line of work as a job, only as a lifestyle. I have a persistent drive to achieve success and I believe that this is something that I can pass on to my clients.
