And not a change like, “Yeah it would be kind of nice if I was a bit fitter”, I mean a change like “Let’s do this I’m ready to make it happen!”
I’m looking for people who want to improve their physical ability, athletic performance, mindset and body!
I love challenges, learning, and improving my own life, and became a Personal Trainer to help others improve their life experiences through fitness and health too. After leaving my old job, my old self-limiting beliefs and the old idea that being healthy is hard work, instead it's learning what life, health and fitness are all about through training, nutrition and self improvement.
Don’t get me wrong, there are no quick fixes here. Fitness isn’t a short-term transformation, it’s a long-term lifestyle! But the more you want to make it happen, the quicker it will. So if you want to learn, improve, feel and look great, then congratulations you’re already on the right track reading this profile.
Clients of mine are achievers. They play professional sports, have completed triathlons, climbed mountains, run marathons, changed into health and fitness minded people, influenced others and have abs to show for it. Could you be one of these people?
