Hi, I'm Sean,

I have been coaching here since 2015 as a leading brand, ACTin Fitness. With years of experience, skills and knowledge, I have helped hundreds of people change their lives and can help you accomplish your goals, no matter what they are.  I work mostly with men, but also work with women. Most of my clientele are busy professionals, that start out with little confidence, and a lack of knowledge on what to do and how. 

I specialise in building muscle and strength, and helping you to drop body fat, get stronger, fitter and into great shape! A big part of my coaching is focused on lifting weights and teaching you correct technique, all the hows and whys of working specific muscles properly, making sure you’re doing things safely and effectively to help you become more confident, knowledgeable and never feel like you’re doing things wrong.

As a corrective exercise specialist, I can fully assess and correct posture and movement dysfunctions, work with muscular impairments or post-rehab concerns, to improve your ability to move, perform and feel better.

As part of my service, you’ll get well-structured training sessions, with a programme designed to your goals and ability on my app to track progress on. Alongside this, the nutritional support you need, and recipe books to help make healthy eating easy! I strive myself on teaching you all you need to know and getting you the best results possible!
