Sean Hogan

After years of playing sports my knees eventually gave up on me and I snapped my ACL in my right knee. At this point I decided at the age of 35 my chances of turning β€œpro” may be fading. What I did not realise was that this injury would lead me into the world of becoming a Personal Trainer.

I realised how hard it can be to reach our own personal fitness goals and everyone has a different story to how they got to where they are today. But what is important is where we want to be tomorrow and the desire to change our lives for better through nutrition and fitness not only to improve our lives but also our bodies.
