Keeping fit and eating a healthy diet is
something I have always been passionate
about.
My interest in becoming a Personal Trainer
began when people at the CrossFit Box where I
was training started asking me for advice in
CrossFit and Olympic lifting. I found it very
gratifying to be able to help people achieve the
training goals so decided this was what I
wanted to do as a career.
