Hi, I’m Satveer, a strong believer in "train your mind and your body will follow.”
Over the last few years, I’ve trained alongside some of the best athletes around the world which has made me realise that it will always be "you versus you".
I’m always approached by individuals who tell me "I want to look like this or that person" and my answer to them is to always to work towards being the best version of yourself rather than aspiring to look like someone else. Trust me, it’s the best approach in the long run - and I learned it the hard way!
Just like in any other aspect of your life, consistency is key. You can have the best training and nutrition plan in the world, but if you’re not consistent, it will never work out.
This is where the mind comes into play. I want each and every one of my clients to enjoy the process and watch as the results come. You need to stay motivated throughout the process - I’m here to help you stay focused and motivated to achieve your goals. Rather than focusing on an 8/12 week plan, or a summer body regime, I help my clients incorporate fitness into their everyday lifestyle to keep the mind and body fit for life.
