I've been involved in teaching exercise for over five years. My philosophy focuses on continual lifelong learning towards enhancing the wellbeing of my clients by empowering them to improve health and making life style changes by providing knowledge, skills, support and guidance.

With an extensive background in coaching and depth knowledge of the body, how it works, I am passionate about helping clients reach their goals using progressive plans that are tailored to client specific goals incorporating all aspect of fitness which includes movements and techniques to increase function, mobility and prevent any injuries.
All abilities are welcome, including older and elder adults, athletes, those living with chronic medical conditions and pre- and post-natal women.

- Diploma in Physiotherapy
- BSc in Sports and Exercise Science (Level 2 and Level 3)
- Level 4 Exercise Certificate in Exercise Training for Chronic Respiratory Disease
