I first started the gym in 2016 on a journey to improve my own health and fitness.
Training is my way of life, to feel strong and never feel belittled by anyone's thoughts as to what I look like.
During my childhood into my early teenage years I struggled with my weight, partly due to the lack of education I had behind my dietary intake.
I have tried; crash diets, fat loss pills and detox tea. This was not healthy behaviour; I knew if I really wanted to see long-lasting results, I had to come to the realisation that everything takes time.
Once I began to research the nutrition and science behind losing weight/fat, I began to write my own nutrition programmes. I don't even weigh myself; I finally feel comfortable in my own skin. How you feel is what will determine your success!
