I have three years' experience in the fitness industry. Two and a half were spent as Assistant Manager for a small gym. I have worked with a range of ages and body types! I have loved training since high school and cannot stress enough how good it makes me feel. Not just physically but mentally. My main reason for choosing to be a Personal Trainer is because I genuinely enjoy helping people feel better about themselves!

I can totally relate to people who do not want to go in the free weights area as it can be intimidating however when you stick to the cardio machines you can start to dread the gym as it can become boring and repetitive. There is so much more you can do in the gym and I would love to help as many people as possible feel confident in doing that!
