Trust me when I say I've tried it all: shakes, slimming tea, crash diets and Weight Watchers. But nothing was effective or sustainable. After Weight Watchers I did a lot of research into diet and exercise and fell in love with weight lifting. It gave me the shape I always wanted! I'm a competitive body builder - so I promise you that lifting weights won't make you huge and bulky.
I've been through weight loss and muscle gain, so I know what it's like and I would love to help you achieve your goals too! You don't have to be on a horrendous, restrictive diet to get the body you want, nor do you have to do hours of cardio! Pizza is friend, not foe!
