As a competitive horse rider from an early age, exercise was always a big part of my life. When I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue three years ago, I suddenly found myself unable to engage in the activities that were a normal part of my day to day life. I focussed on finding a way to improve my own health and wellbeing and in doing so forged a new career for myself. Using the knowledge, insight and training I have gained I am ideally placed to help other people facing similar challenges.
I will help you set realistic goals and achieve them through a tailored programme suited to your individual needs, encouraging you to move out your comfort zone and push your own personal boundaries.
