I'm quite the addict when it comes to fitness and training in the gym environment with around five years' of training experience and a keen interest in bodybuilding/powerlifting. This enables me to practice what I preach when it comes to Personal Training.
Despite my all or nothing attitude to training I’m a very friendly person and incredibly easy to approach so don’t hesitate to stop me on the gym floor for a chat!
Having recently completed a degree in Sport and Exercise Science my knowledge of how the body works enables me to provide training and nutritional advice that will allow your body to adapt and progress in order to meet your personal goals.
