As a type 1 Diabetic from the age of four, I learned very early in life of the importance of putting my health first. By adhering to a proper exercise and nutrition regime I have achieved excellent control over my diabetes.
Throughout the years I have expanded my knowledge and understanding of exercise and nutrition, applying various techniques and methods to my diet and training to see which produces the greatest results.
For me, exercise is so much more than lifting weights and burning calories. The discipline required to push beyond your physical and mental boundaries will enable you to develop an effective mindset which can be applied to everyday life outside the gym.
