Ryan Mallon

I am currently a Personal Trainer at Millhouses PureGym and I really enjoy the constant contact with the members and helping to make their experience with the club a happy one.

I'm an ex-professional footballer with over ten years' experience playing for Sheffield United FC. I also represented football at a variety of different levels, including county and semi-professional. I've achieved badges in football coaching and have experience in coaching football to different age groups.

I've gained over fourteen years' experience within football and the fitness industry, training with top professional athletes and coaches. I've always been passionate about health and fitness and people’s wellbeing.  

My passion lies in bodybuilding. I have a great understanding of different training techniques, you're guaranteed to see amazing results in a short period of time! I have experience in experimenting with different training methods including building muscle, weight loss and weight gain. Nutrition is 70% of optimal training and I know exactly what it takes to reach that next level, not only looking good but feeling healthier.

I'm easy to talk to, approachable and an all-round friendly person. I'm always happy to help and eager to give people advice or tips.
