I knew getting in shape wasn’t going to be easy but I put 100% into every training session and here I am now. Being an ex-amateur/semi pro middleweight boxer, I know that the by-product of hard work and dedication is success.
Having more than 12 years' experience in the field of boxing, I've amassed a vast amount of knowledge in the areas of strength and conditioning as well as the technical aspects of the sport. My mindset towards training either myself or my clients (boxing/resistance training) is that if you're going to do something, it’s better to do it right from the get-go because time is the one thing you can't get back once it’s spent.
