Hi, I am Roy, I am here to show you how to maximise training needs. From weight loss to wellbeing, the aim is through exercise to promote physical and mental homeostasis and body confidence.

I have been training for over 20 years in a variety of disciplines and have competed, exhibited and showcased my skills all over the country.

As a single dad I know the rigours of training and maintaining a family at the same time. One of my training goals is always to introduce the 'Joy of Repetition' to your training life. Simply put consistency is paramount, without this no course can be planned, no goal reached.
