Hi! My name is Rosy and I would love to give you the knowledge and motivation to achieve your health and fitness goals, whatever they may be.

Having danced for 15 years, I’ve always been active, but weightlifting is what made me well and truly fall in love with fitness. I’ve always struggled with positive body image, but when I stepped into the gym, everything changed.   

Both healthy living and exercise have been a huge part of my life for several years now, and I can guarantee whatever your intentions I have a wide range of methods to help you achieve them. Not only that, but we will work together to improve your confidence and maintain motivation throughout your journey. I will also be on hand to offer guidance and support both inside and outside of the gym.

Positive body image and nutrition are both something I am really passionate about and fully endorse. Having had a very bad relationship with food in the past, I now know the true importance of fuelling and nourishing your body instead of depriving it; essential when it comes to fitness, exercise and achieving your goals. Nobody enjoys 'dieting' and no one can be on a ‘diet’ forever, so let me show you how you can eat well whilst still enjoying the foods you love, and show you the benefits it can bring.

I spend most of my free time educating myself on fitness; both the active side and the nutrition side, to ensure I have the best possible information to give to you. I believe that training must be fun and exciting, but hard. You need to challenge yourself, and once you start seeing results, the determination will follow.
