Background 

For over 15 years I was overweight. At my heaviest I weighed 18 stone 9lbs. I had a size 38 waist and wore a size 44 suit. It took a comment about my man boobs on holiday to make me take action to lose weight and get fit. In total I lost 6 stone (38kg) and it changed my life. I decided to become a Personal Trainer and a Cambridge Weight Plan consultant to help other people achieve their health and fitness goals.

Philosophy

My Philosophy focuses on continuous learning as I work towards developing the wellbeing of my clients by giving them the knowledge, skills, guidance and tools to achieve a healthier lifestyle. We will work together to transform your quality of life as I will create a tailor-made programme bespoke fitness goals. Fitness is lifestyle and I will teach you how this can be maintained for the rest of your life.
