I am an extremely committed and encouraging Level 3 trainer, and soon to be a qualified Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach, with a varied range of specialities.
I have competed in national level triathlon and represented the South of England in kickboxing. I have had great results with clients looking to lose body fat, gain lean muscle and strength and with people looking to take on big physical challenges such as running, cycling, triathlon and obstacle course events.
I will also ensure you are on track with your nutrition and that your lifestyle choices are on point to enhance the training that you do in the gym.
