Richard Hopkinson

I have spent the last 12 years working with adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.

During that time I have helped a large number of people to get more active, follow better nutrition guidelines and generally lead a healthier lifestyle.

I have always enjoyed training in the gym which is what encouraged me to become a Personal Trainer and share knowledge and information with others who may help or simply pointing in the right direction.

I am a well humoured, motivated person who is keen to ensure clients reach their targets or goals with both training in the gym and nutritional advice and guidance.

I have also like many others believed everything I've read in magazines and on the internet and followed a number of different training programmes and diets in the search for the easier option but believe me the more you put in the more you get out.

It's never easy but reaching a goal or target can be made more fun and enjoyable with the right help.

If you're still unsure or want further information please feel free to contact me or catch me in the gym, or feel free to take a card.
