My whole life has been surrounded by sports, health and fitness. Having a lengthy career in football and sports in general has taught me many things in terms of the impact of being healthy has on your performance, how nutrition affects your body and how keeping fit dramatically improves your lifestyle. I was always the skinny guy who struggled to put on muscle. I started going to the gym when I was 15...years later I have grown more passionate and believe I have achieved more than I ever knew I could have. Basically, it was written in the stars for me become as a Personal Trainer in the fitness industry. The thing that drives me every day is the love I have for helping people start and fulfill their fitness goals as well as making sure that they live a healthier and happier lifestyle.
I believe I differ from the other trainers from the experiences I have had in my sports and fitness journey. Experimenting and finding out about what works well with my body and others is a skill that not a lot of people have. I understand what it takes to ensure goals and targets are met when they are set. I am a very passionate, positive and focused individual. Teaching and instructing individuals about health & fitness comes naturally to me. Although I specialise in the areas listed, I am constantly learning about the industry and different approaches to achieving health and fitness goals.
My aim is to positively impact the life of my clients. Whether it is physically changing their physique, improving their mood and lifestyle, improving their fitness or ensuring that the client love who they are. A perfect balance is feeling confident about how you look but most importantly feeling happy within.
