Reece Colbourne

I’ve practically been obsessed with sports and fitness my whole life and it's always been a passion of mine. Whenever given the chance I get involved with many sport be it at school, college or in my own time. I’ve participated in sports such as football, rugby, athletics, and badminton. In athletics I got to compete at county school level. This covered short and long distance track events as well as field events like discuss, where I was second in Hampshire for my age. I also played football at a good level, playing for Pompey school boys when I was a kid and now just finished three years with Pompey in the community F.C.

 

With all of this experience and years of playing sports and still playing football on the weekends now, I have realised how important fitness is. Not only can it improve your performance in sport it’s also a key part of a healthy lifestyle.

 

Here is where my passion for fitness came in. I now love the idea of helping people with their fitness goals and helping them make the difference they want to make in their life. This could be a goal of losing weight, preparing for a 10k run, building muscle, keeping in good health, or trying to improve in your sport and become fitter faster and stronger. I would love to help you in your fitness goals and have the skills and knowledge in fitness to help you succeed.

 

In my role as a Personal Trainer I’m here for you and to help guide, encourage, coach, push you. On top of that I aim to make it a fun experience for both you and me regardless of how small or big your fitness goals. Training doesn’t have to be horrible, it should be fun and part of your everyday life.
