Rachel Collier
Health and fitness has been a significant part of my life for many years. I joined the army in 2011 and served over six years, during this time I have experienced a wide range of methods of training which further developed my passion for fitness.
From my time within the army I acquired a hip injury which left me feeling in a rut and unable to train, achieve my goals and a general lack of motivation. I realised how difficult it can be to find the correct training that is best suited to you and enjoy it. It’s a process that can be extremely frustrating and was a great learning curve for me to now be able to understand and support my clients.
It’s never too late to start working towards your goals! As a Personal Trainer, I will offer an abundance of guidance, support and encouragement to help you achieve them. My clients will be provided with nutritional coaching, body analysis and posture alignment. A varied approach to fitness incorporating exercises that best suit your needs and goals.
I’m very approachable so don’t hesitate to talk to me on the gym floor or by phone/email, I would love to discuss how I could support you in reaching your goals and improve your health and wellbeing!
I look forward to meeting you!
