Hi, I started my fitness journey from a young age and have participated in many sports such as Mui Thai, judo and football. I now only Olympic weightlift and regularly compete in the sport.
I decided to become a PT because I want to help people realise their full potential and how far they can go with the right training and help just like how my coaches helped me realise how strong I am and how far I can progress with the right training and mindset. I have gained lots of knowledge and experience from my fitness career and I’m here to bring that knowledge to you.
